                                         In this article, we interviewed Ms. Jasmine Goh, one of our retail customers who utilized the PSG Digital Marketing Grant to pivot her family's retail business online. As the pandemic hit, many businesses struggled to adapt to the sudden shift towards digital, including our small hardware retail store that had relied on foot traffic for years.
